after watching the entertaining wild ride at anfield, the calm dominance at old trafford, and toothless display at stamford bridge, i can safely say manu is back on track for the premiership.

the match at anfield was wildly entertaining, if ur a neutral spectator tt is. for the 2nd time in a wk liverpool was involved in a 4-4 scoreline. both teams were fascinating in attack, but woeful in defence, which provided a platform for a very open, free scoring game. arshavin grabbed 4 in almost as many shots (i think), torres and benayoun 2 apiece. simply entertaining stuff.

old trafford played host to portsmouth who were totally dominated throughout the whole match. giggs, ronaldo, rooney, fletcher, anderson and scholes combined in various breathtaking combinations to carve out portsmouth again and again. but sadly the finishing was nt up to spec. i must say this was the best game ive seen anderson in, and i think he was awesome in this match. energy, skill and determination all combined into one. ronaldo was at his provider best, creating a few pin point crosses for giggs who sadly did not convert. 1 touch passing the name of the game. more importantly was the cleansheet, which gave me even more confidence with our title run-in. =) =) =)

as for the fa cup final dress rehearsal at stamford bridge, it was jus icing for the cake for manu's midweek results. =)

im getting utterly confused by the work situation at IE.

seriously. the date originally penned in as my last day was 3 apr. ever since, i have had 3 "last day changes" in forms of short term extensions which were nothing short of bizarre. 4 days, 3 days then 2 days. and just when it seemed its finally my last day last friday (with all the picture taking and handshakes) i was called today to ask if im interested in another short term extension till the end of the wk.

my god. not tt im ungrateful, im thankful for having this job after the bloomdale fiasco, but this is plain crazy. how am i supposed to plan for my next job or for anything like tt with all the last min stuff. zzz.
